Una mol\u00e8cula, una funci\u00f3 alterada. Amb un producte formulat a partir d&#8217;un microorganisme viu, aquesta descripci\u00f3 deixa de ser suficient.  <\/p><p>La ra\u00f3 \u00e9s que un microorganisme no actua per una sola via. Desplega processos diferents segons a qu\u00e8 s&#8217;enfronti, en quin moment del cicle es trobi i sota quines condicions de s\u00f2l i cultiu. Comprendre <strong>els mecanismes d&#8217;acci\u00f3 del control biol\u00f2gic<\/strong> determina, a la pr\u00e0ctica, quan aplicar-lo, qu\u00e8 esperar-ne i com integrar el tractament amb la resta de mesures de maneig.  <\/p><p>Aquest article recorre els sis blocs implicats: parasitisme, antibiosi i compet\u00e8ncia per l&#8217;espai, els nutrients i el ferro, adre\u00e7ats al patogen; i activaci\u00f3 del sistema immunitari, promoci\u00f3 del creixement i efectes sobre la germinaci\u00f3, adre\u00e7ats a la planta. De cadascun s&#8217;explica en qu\u00e8 consisteix, quina evid\u00e8ncia el sustenta i quines conseq\u00fc\u00e8ncies t\u00e9 sobre el maneig al camp. <\/p><p>Conv\u00e9 fer una precisi\u00f3 inicial. El mecanisme d&#8217;acci\u00f3 \u00e9s el <strong>proc\u00e9s causal<\/strong> pel qual una subst\u00e0ncia activa redueix una malaltia, i no s&#8217;ha de confondre amb la diana concreta sobre la qual actua dins d&#8217;aquest proc\u00e9s. Qui vulgui aquesta distinci\u00f3 desenvolupada, juntament amb la comparaci\u00f3 entre la l\u00f2gica dels fitosanitaris qu\u00edmics i la dels biol\u00f2gics, la trobar\u00e0 al primer m\u00f2dul d&#8217;aquesta s\u00e8rie. Aqu\u00ed partim d&#8217;aquesta base per entrar directament en el funcionament.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-7b8629f elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"7b8629f\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">1. Dues direccions b\u00e0siques de treball: cap al patogen i cap a la planta<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ce04d6d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ce04d6d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Aqu\u00ed arriba la clau de lectura que ordena tot el que segueix. Un agent de control biol\u00f2gic no treballa en una sola direcci\u00f3. Actua simult\u00e0niament en dos fronts, i els processos que desplega en cadascun s\u00f3n de naturalesa diferent.  <\/p><p><strong>Cap al patogen<\/strong>, l&#8217;antagonista interfereix directament en el seu desenvolupament: el parasita, produeix subst\u00e0ncies que en dificulten el metabolisme o li disputa els recursos que necessita per establir-se.<\/p><p><strong>Cap a la planta<\/strong>, no interfereix amb ning\u00fa: modifica l&#8217;estat de l&#8217;hoste. Activa les seves defenses, en millora el desenvolupament radicular i la nutrici\u00f3, i acompanya les fases inicials del cicle. <\/p><p>D&#8217;aquesta doble orientaci\u00f3 es deriven els blocs que es descriuen a continuaci\u00f3. Conv\u00e9 assenyalar des del principi un mat\u00eds important: <strong>els quatre primers estan reconeguts a la literatura com a mecanismes de control biol\u00f2gic pr\u00f2piament dits<\/strong> \u2014parasitisme, antibiosi, compet\u00e8ncia i activaci\u00f3 del sistema immunitari de la planta. La promoci\u00f3 del creixement i els efectes sobre la germinaci\u00f3 es descriuen millor com a <strong>efectes funcionals addicionals sobre la planta<\/strong>, que contribueixen a la sanitat del cultiu per\u00f2 no equivalen, en estatus mecan\u00edstic, als anteriors. Una subst\u00e0ncia activa basada en un producte qu\u00edmic pot afectar negativament altres micro- i macroorganismes no diana presents al s\u00f2l, a les fulles i a l&#8217;aire. Els productes fitosanitaris formulats amb microorganismes vius solen ser molt m\u00e9s espec\u00edfics i, en general, no afecten negativament els organismes no diana; fins i tot els poden afavorir. Tot aix\u00f2 s&#8217;ha de demostrar durant el proc\u00e9s de registre fitosanitari, ja que no nom\u00e9s s&#8217;avalua la subst\u00e0ncia activa <em>per se <\/em>(qu\u00edmica o microorganisme), sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 els components de la seva formulaci\u00f3.   <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-701bc32 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"701bc32\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">2. Mecanismes adre\u00e7ats al patogen<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-792e603 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"792e603\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Parasitisme: l'antagonista s'alimenta del patogen<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a18cc23 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a18cc23\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El parasitisme \u00e9s la interacci\u00f3 directa entre dos organismes en qu\u00e8 un obt\u00e9 nutrients de l&#8217;altre. Quan l&#8217;organisme parasitat \u00e9s al seu torn un par\u00e0sit (un fitopatogen), es parla de micoparasitisme (si es parasita un fong) o, segons el context, d&#8217;hiperparasitisme. <\/p><p>En els fongs antagonistes del g\u00e8nere <em>Trichoderma<\/em>, el proc\u00e9s est\u00e0 ben documentat a la bibliografia i segueix una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia. El fong benefici\u00f3s <strong>reconeix<\/strong> qu\u00edmicament la pres\u00e8ncia del patogen, <strong>s&#8217;hi apropa i s&#8217;hi adhereix<\/strong> \u2014a les hifes\/conidis i\/o c\u00e8l\u00b7lules bacterianes\u2014, <strong>s&#8217;hi enrotlla<\/strong> al voltant i desplega llavors una bateria <strong>d&#8217;enzims l\u00edtics<\/strong> \u2014quitinases, \u03b2-1,3-glucanases i proteases\u2014 que degraden la paret cel\u00b7lular. Un cop compromesa la integritat de la c\u00e8l\u00b7lula, l&#8217;antagonista hi penetra i n&#8217;aprofita el contingut com a font de nutrients.  <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-61afd3c e-con-full e-flex e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"61afd3c\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-efb8fa5 e-con-full e-flex e-con e-child\" data-id=\"efb8fa5\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-065fd94 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"065fd94\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Un detall rellevant per a la interpretaci\u00f3 pr\u00e0ctica: aquests enzims no es produeixen de manera constitutiva. La seva s\u00edntesi s&#8217;activa despr\u00e9s del reconeixement de l&#8217;hoste, mitjan\u00e7ant cascades de senyalitzaci\u00f3. Dit d&#8217;una altra manera, l&#8217;antagonista no va segregant enzims cont\u00ednuament per si de cas; els desplega quan detecta a qui atacar. Aquest car\u00e0cter regulat explica per qu\u00e8 la producci\u00f3 enzim\u00e0tica mesurada en laboratori, a\u00efllada de la interacci\u00f3, prediu malament l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia real.   <\/p><p>El micoparasitisme t\u00e9 un abast que interessa especialment al maneig: tamb\u00e9 arriba, per exemple, a les<strong> estructures de resist\u00e8ncia<\/strong> dels fongs pat\u00f2gens. Est\u00e0 molt ben documentat el parasitisme per part de <em>Trichoderma<\/em> spp. d&#8217;esclerocis de diversos pat\u00f2gens de s\u00f2l, entre els quals <em>Sclerotium rolfsii<\/em>,<em> Sclerotinia sclerotiorum<\/em>, <em>Sclerotinia minor<\/em>, <em>Rhizoctonia solani<\/em> i <em>Botrytis cinerea<\/em>. El g\u00e8nere <em>Trichoderma<\/em> produeix m\u00e9s d&#8217;un centenar de metab\u00f2lits secundaris descrits \u2014piranones, viridines, peptaibols, azafilones, dicetopiperazines, entre molts altres grups\u2014 i la majoria s\u00f3n espec\u00edfics d&#8217;esp\u00e8cie o fins i tot de soca. <\/p><p>Aqu\u00ed conv\u00e9 introduir un mat\u00eds que la revisi\u00f3 de K\u00f6hl, Kolnaar i Ravensberg (2019) desenvolupa amb detall. Els compostos antimicrobians es produeixen <em>in situ<\/em> en quantitats molt petites, localitzades en micron\u00ednxols i durant per\u00edodes breus, i es degraden r\u00e0pidament en l&#8217;ambient. La seva funci\u00f3 en condicions naturals no sempre \u00e9s matar: a concentracions subinhibit\u00f2ries intervenen en la senyalitzaci\u00f3, en la mobilitzaci\u00f3 de nutrients o en la formaci\u00f3 de biopel\u00b7l\u00edcules. \u00c9s a dir, se&#8217;ls anomena antibi\u00f2tics pel seu efecte sobre altres microorganismes a concentracions altes en placa, quan el seu paper al s\u00f2l o a la fulla pot ser for\u00e7a diferent.   <\/p><p>Hi ha, a m\u00e9s, una implicaci\u00f3 de seguretat que el sector no sempre subratlla. Alguns metab\u00f2lits produ\u00efts per determinades esp\u00e8cies poden resultar t\u00f2xics per a la planta, el consumidor o el medi ambient. Per aix\u00f2 l&#8217;avaluaci\u00f3 toxicol\u00f2gica i ecotoxicol\u00f2gica exigida per al registre d&#8217;un fitosanitari biol\u00f2gic aporta m\u00e9s garanties que l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi a\u00efllada de cada subst\u00e0ncia, i per aix\u00f2 l&#8217;\u00fas de preparats microbiol\u00f2gics sense registre fitosanitari comporta un risc real.  <\/p><p><strong>Al camp:<\/strong> l&#8217;antibiosi rarament actua sola i no s&#8217;ha d&#8217;interpretar com \u00abun antibi\u00f2tic natural\u00bb. \u00c9s una pe\u00e7a m\u00e9s dins d&#8217;una seq\u00fc\u00e8ncia. <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ca7aa25 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"ca7aa25\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Compet\u00e8ncia per l'espai i els nutrients del s\u00f2l<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-ed5da2d elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"ed5da2d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>La compet\u00e8ncia agrupa tres fronts que operen conjuntament, tot i que la literatura els distingeixi.<\/p><p><strong>Compet\u00e8ncia per l&#8217;espai.<\/strong> La rizosfera no \u00e9s un medi neutre. L&#8217;arrel allibera fotosintats, exsudats de baix i alt pes molecular, CO\u2082 i protons, que seleccionen activament les poblacions microbianes que la colonitzen. La majoria de pat\u00f2gens de s\u00f2l infecten per l&#8217;\u00e0pex radicular, i aquest \u00e9s tamb\u00e9 el n\u00ednxol que ocupen les esp\u00e8cies de <em>Trichoderma<\/em>. Quan l&#8217;antagonista s&#8217;estableix primer i colonitza l&#8217;epidermis radicular\/foliar, exerceix una <strong>barrera d&#8217;ocupaci\u00f3<\/strong>: el patogen troba el n\u00ednxol ja ocupat.   <\/p><p>D&#8217;aqu\u00ed es deriva la regla agron\u00f2mica m\u00e9s constant de tot el control biol\u00f2gic: <strong>l&#8217;anticipaci\u00f3 mana<\/strong>. L&#8217;objectiu del control biol\u00f2gic no \u00e9s eliminar el patogen sin\u00f3 reduir-ne les poblacions a nivells prou baixos com perqu\u00e8 no afectin el cultiu. La composici\u00f3 de l&#8217;entorn nutricional condiciona el resultat; s&#8217;ha estudiat, per exemple, com la relaci\u00f3 amoni\/nitrat de la soluci\u00f3 nutritiva influeix en el control de la fusariosi de la tomaquera amb <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em> T34 (Borrero et al., 2012).  <\/p><p><strong>Compet\u00e8ncia pel ferro.<\/strong> Mereix una menci\u00f3 a part. El ferro \u00e9s un factor limitant per al creixement microbi\u00e0 a causa de la baixa solubilitat de l&#8217;i\u00f3 Fe\u00b3\u207a. Nombrosos microorganismes produeixen <strong>sider\u00f2fors<\/strong>, mol\u00e8cules de baix pes molecular amb una afinitat alt\u00edssima pel ferro f\u00e8rric. Un antagonista que produeix sider\u00f2fors m\u00e9s efica\u00e7os que els del patogen el priva d&#8217;un recurs essencial.   <\/p><p>Aquest mecanisme est\u00e0 ben caracteritzat en la soca T34 de <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em>: el treball de Segarra et al. (2010), a <em>Microbial Ecology<\/em>, documenta el control de la fusariosi vascular de la tomaquera en cultiu sense s\u00f2l mitjan\u00e7ant la compet\u00e8ncia pel ferro. En sentit complementari, la privaci\u00f3 de ferro no nom\u00e9s limita la patogenicitat sin\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 el creixement de <em>Fusarium<\/em> spp., cosa que fa de la disponibilitat d&#8217;aquest element una variable de maneig, no una simple dada de context.  <\/p><p><strong>Al camp:<\/strong> explica per qu\u00e8 l&#8217;estat nutricional del s\u00f2l o del substrat condiciona l&#8217;efic\u00e0cia observada, i per qu\u00e8 dues aplicacions id\u00e8ntiques en parcel\u00b7les diferents poden donar resultats diferents.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-814911a elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"814911a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h3 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">3. Mecanismes i efectes adre\u00e7ats a la planta<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1a30bca elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"1a30bca\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Resist\u00e8ncia sist\u00e8mica indu\u00efda (ISR): activar les defenses pr\u00f2pies<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-173825c elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"173825c\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Amb la ISR canvia el subjecte de l&#8217;acci\u00f3. Aqu\u00ed el microorganisme no ataca ning\u00fa: <strong>qui es defensa \u00e9s la planta<\/strong>. <\/p><p>Les plantes disposen de mecanismes de defensa constitutius \u2014cut\u00edcules, barreres f\u00edsiques\u2014 i indu\u00efbles, que s&#8217;activen quan receptors espec\u00edfics reconeixen determinats senyals. Els microorganismes beneficiosos alliberen mol\u00e8cules reconegudes per aquests receptors, i la seva detecci\u00f3 desencadena una cascada de senyalitzaci\u00f3 que eleva la capacitat defensiva del conjunt de la planta davant d&#8217;un espectre ampli de pat\u00f2gens. <\/p><p>Existeix una variant especialment interessant des del punt de vista agron\u00f2mic: el <strong><em>priming<\/em><\/strong>. En lloc de mantenir les defenses activades de manera permanent \u2014cosa que t\u00e9 un cost metab\u00f2lic que competeix amb el creixement i la producci\u00f3\u2014, la planta queda <strong>preparada<\/strong> per respondre m\u00e9s r\u00e0pid i amb m\u00e9s intensitat quan arribi l&#8217;atac del patogen. \u00c9s la difer\u00e8ncia entre mantenir un equip mobilitzat i mantenir-lo entrenat.  <\/p><p>En termes bioqu\u00edmics, les respostes associades impliquen vies de senyalitzaci\u00f3 mesurades per l&#8217;\u00e0cid salic\u00edlic i el jasm\u00f2nic, l&#8217;acumulaci\u00f3 de compostos fen\u00f2lics i de cal\u00b7losa, l&#8217;activaci\u00f3 de peroxidases i lipoxigenases i l&#8217;expressi\u00f3 de prote\u00efnes relacionades amb la patog\u00e8nesi. Un aspecte que sol sorprendre: l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 es fa al s\u00f2l, sobre l&#8217;arrel, i la resposta defensiva es detecta a les fulles i les tiges. D&#8217;aqu\u00ed ve all\u00f2 de <em>sist\u00e8mica<\/em>.  <\/p><p>Un treball conjunt de la Universitat de Barcelona i la Universitat d&#8217;Utrecht permet observar el proc\u00e9s amb un detall inusual. Segarra, Van der Ent, Trillas i Pieterse (2009) van estudiar la colonitzaci\u00f3 radicular per la soca T34 de <em>Trichoderma asperellum<\/em> en plantes d&#8217;<em>Arabidopsis<\/em> i van comprovar que redu\u00efa la severitat davant tres pat\u00f2gens de naturalesa molt diferent: el bacteri <em>Pseudomonas syringae<\/em> pv. <em>tomato<\/em>, l&#8217;oomicet bi\u00f2trof <em>Hyaloperonospora parasitica<\/em> i el fong necr\u00f2trof <em>Plectosphaerella cucumerina<\/em>. Un espectre aix\u00ed dif\u00edcilment s&#8217;explica per una interfer\u00e8ncia directa amb cadascun d&#8217;ells.  <\/p><p>Les dades que millor il\u00b7lustren el <em>priming<\/em> provenen d&#8217;aquest mateix treball. Entre les espores d&#8217;<em>H. parasitica<\/em> que van germinar sobre la fulla, la proporci\u00f3 bloquejada per la formaci\u00f3 de papil\u00b7les de cal\u00b7losa va passar d&#8217;una mica m\u00e9s del 20 % en les plantes control a al voltant del 60 % en les tractades amb la soca T34. La planta no tenia les defenses desplegades per endavant: les va activar abans i amb m\u00e9s intensitat quan va arribar l&#8217;atac.  <\/p><p>Aquest estudi aporta, a m\u00e9s, la demostraci\u00f3 que l&#8217;efecte \u00e9s genu\u00efnament sist\u00e8mic i no una interfer\u00e8ncia local. El fong es va recuperar en abund\u00e0ncia de la rizosfera i del teixit radicular, per\u00f2 cap secci\u00f3 de tija esterilitzada externament va donar lloc a creixement de miceli. La T34 va romandre a l&#8217;arrel; la resist\u00e8ncia va apar\u00e8ixer a la part a\u00e8ria. Pel que fa a la via implicada, la resposta es va mantenir intacta en mutants deficients en la s\u00edntesi d&#8217;\u00e0cid salic\u00edlic i va quedar bloquejada en els mutants <em>npr1<\/em> i <em>myb72<\/em>, cosa que situa la ISR indu\u00efda per la T34 en la mateixa via de senyalitzaci\u00f3 que la desencadenada per rizobacteris beneficiosos.   <\/p><p>L&#8217;abast de la ISR arriba fins i tot m\u00e9s enll\u00e0 dels microorganismes. Pocurull et al. (2020) van demostrar que el formulat comercial basat en T34 indueix resist\u00e8ncia sist\u00e8mica en tomaquera davant el nematode <em>Meloidogyne incognita<\/em>, amb reduccions del 71 % en la infectivitat i del 54 % en la reproducci\u00f3 del nematode, i que aquest efecte \u00e9s <strong>additiu<\/strong> al que confereix el gen de resist\u00e8ncia Mi-1.2. La resist\u00e8ncia indu\u00efda no se solapa amb la gen\u00e8tica: s&#8217;hi suma, cosa que obre una via per allargar la durabilitat de les varietats resistents davant la selecci\u00f3 de poblacions virulentes.   <\/p><p>Aquest mateix treball il\u00b7lustra per qu\u00e8 la prud\u00e8ncia \u00e9s obligada. La inducci\u00f3 es va produir en tomaquera per\u00f2 no en cogombre, on ambdues soques assajades van arribar a incrementar la reproducci\u00f3 del nematode respecte a les plantes no inoculades. Els autors apunten que la dosi suficient per induir resist\u00e8ncia en una esp\u00e8cie pot no ser-ho en una altra, i recorden que cap soca de <em>Trichoderma<\/em> est\u00e0 aprovada a la Uni\u00f3 Europea per al control de nematodes. La ISR \u00e9s un mecanisme demostrat, no una garantia universal de resultat.   <\/p><p>Un apunt de prud\u00e8ncia t\u00e8cnica addicional, seguint K\u00f6hl et al. (2019): la resposta dep\u00e8n del genotip de la planta i de l&#8217;estat fisiol\u00f2gic del cultiu, i els cultius de camp estan exposats cont\u00ednuament a est\u00edmuls inductors d&#8217;altres or\u00edgens. La magnitud de l&#8217;efecte atribu\u00efble a una aplicaci\u00f3 concreta pot variar considerablement segons el context.  <\/p><p><strong>Al camp<\/strong>: justifica l&#8217;aplicaci\u00f3 preventiva i explica que part del benefici no sigui visible com a \u00abmort del patogen\u00bb, sin\u00f3 com a menor severitat davant una mateixa pressi\u00f3 d&#8217;in\u00f2cul.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-71f1785 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"71f1785\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Promoci\u00f3 del creixement vegetal<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1766fa7 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1766fa7\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Els fongs rizosf\u00e8rics beneficiosos poden millorar el desenvolupament del cultiu per vies diverses: modificaci\u00f3 de l&#8217;arquitectura radicular, mobilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;elements minerals poc disponibles i millora de la seva absorci\u00f3.<\/p><p>Sobre l&#8217;arquitectura radicular intervenen tant subst\u00e0ncies espec\u00edfiques segregades pel fong com la modulaci\u00f3 d&#8217;hormones vegetals \u2014citoquinines, \u00e0cid indolac\u00e8tic, etil\u00e8. Pel que fa a la nutrici\u00f3, l&#8217;evid\u00e8ncia disponible per a la soca T34 \u00e9s substancial i prov\u00e9 de diversos treballs independents: efectes sobre la nutrici\u00f3 f\u00e8rrica en tram\u00fas blanc (de Santiago et al., 2009), sobre l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 de ferro, coure, mangan\u00e8s i zinc en blat cultivat en medi calcari (de Santiago et al., 2011), sobre la nutrici\u00f3 f\u00e8rrica en cogombre en s\u00f2l calcari (de Santiago et al., 2013) i sobre l&#8217;absorci\u00f3 de f\u00f2sfor procedent de fonts poc disponibles (Garc\u00eda-L\u00f3pez et al., 2015). En tomaquera s&#8217;ha descrit un augment del contingut de ferro, sofre, coure, silici i bor (Fern\u00e1ndez et al., 2014).  <\/p><p>Un sistema radicular m\u00e9s desenvolupat i ramificat permet una millor exploraci\u00f3 del s\u00f2l, cosa que es tradueix en m\u00e9s absorci\u00f3 d&#8217;aigua i nutrients, m\u00e9s toler\u00e0ncia a episodis d&#8217;estr\u00e8s h\u00eddric i, potencialment, en una optimitzaci\u00f3 de la despesa en fertilitzaci\u00f3.<\/p><p><strong>Aqu\u00ed \u00e9s on conv\u00e9 el mat\u00eds<\/strong>. La promoci\u00f3 del creixement \u00e9s una activitat beneficiosa \u00e0mpliament reconeguda i formalment descrita a la literatura com a promoci\u00f3 del creixement o <em>plant growth promotion<\/em>. Per\u00f2 descriu principalment un efecte sobre la planta \u2014una funci\u00f3 de tipus bioestimulant\u2014, no necess\u00e0riament un proc\u00e9s causal de control d&#8217;un fitopatogen. Hi pot haver solapament biol\u00f2gic: una planta amb un millor sistema radicular, un millor estat nutricional i m\u00e9s vigor pot mostrar menor severitat de malaltia. Aquesta associaci\u00f3 \u00e9s real i agron\u00f2micament valuosa, per\u00f2 <strong>no converteix autom\u00e0ticament la promoci\u00f3 del creixement en un mecanisme de control del patogen<\/strong>. \u00c9s un efecte funcional addicional, i com a tal s&#8217;ha de comunicar.    <\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a5dcad0 elementor-widget elementor-widget-heading\" data-id=\"a5dcad0\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"heading.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<h4 class=\"elementor-heading-title elementor-size-default\">Efectes sobre la germinaci\u00f3<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2b050ad elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2b050ad\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>El sis\u00e8 bloc tanca el recorregut per la fase m\u00e9s primerenca del cicle. La colonitzaci\u00f3 de la rizosfera al planter, a la safata o en el moment del trasplantament acompanya el cultiu quan el seu sistema radicular \u00e9s m\u00e9s vulnerable i quan l&#8217;exposici\u00f3 a pat\u00f2gens de s\u00f2l resulta determinant per a la resta del cicle. <\/p><p>En aquest bloc, la prud\u00e8ncia terminol\u00f2gica \u00e9s encara m\u00e9s gran. Els efectes sobre la germinaci\u00f3 \u2014tant la inhibici\u00f3 de la germinaci\u00f3 d&#8217;espores del patogen com la millora de l&#8217;establiment del cultiu\u2014 constitueixen un <strong>resultat experimental mesurable<\/strong>, no una categoria mecan\u00edstica aut\u00f2noma. Es falso: esa clase no aparece ni una<br \/>\nvez en complianz.min.js, as\u00ed que el <a href=\"#\"> no ten\u00eda nada<br \/>\nescuchando detr\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>Complianz solo registra un listener, y exige <button> + clase<br \/>\ncmplz-manage-consent dentro de #cmplz-manage-consent:<\/p>\n<p>cmplz_add_event(\"click\", \"button.cmplz-manage-consent\", ...)<\/p>\n<p>Copiar esa clase aqu\u00ed no sirve: el propio plugin gestiona la<br \/>\nvisibilidad de ese bot\u00f3n con cmplz-hidden \/ cmplz-show, y nos lo<br \/>\nocultar\u00eda.
