Die emeritierte Professorin und Mitgr\u00fcnderin von Biocontrol Technologies<\/a>, Dr. Mar\u00eda Isabel Trillas Gay, wird an der n\u00e4chsten Ausgabe des EAPR Pathology and Pests Section Meeting<\/a> teilnehmen, einer der wichtigsten Fachveranstaltungen f\u00fcr Forschung sowie Krankheits- und Sch\u00e4dlingsmanagement im Kartoffelanbau. <\/span><\/p>

Die Tagung wird vom 3. bis 6. September in Arras (Frankreich) stattfinden und einen idealen Rahmen f\u00fcr die internationale Zusammenarbeit sowie den Austausch von Wissen und Erfahrungen unter Expertinnen und Experten aus aller Welt bieten.<\/span> <\/span><\/p>

Das EAPR Pathology and Pests Section Meeting<\/a> ist eine auf die Schl\u00fcssel\u00adkultur Kartoffel ausgerichtete Fachveranstaltung, die Expertinnen und Experten sowie f\u00fchrende Akteure aus den Bereichen Pflanzenkrankheiten und Sch\u00e4dlingsmanagement zusammenbringt. Im Rahmen der Tagung werden innovative Forschungsarbeiten, wissenschaftliche Entwicklungen und praxisnahe Strategien zur Bew\u00e4ltigung von Krankheits- und Sch\u00e4dlingsproblemen im Kartoffelanbau pr\u00e4sentiert. <\/span><\/p>

Dr. Maribel Trillas <\/a>wird als emeritierte Professorin der Universitat de Barcelona teilnehmen, wo sie f\u00fcr ihre umfangreiche Erfahrung im Bereich der Phytopathologie und des biologischen Pflanzenschutzes weithin anerkannt ist. Dort wird sie erstmals eine neue Linie biologischer Pflanzenschutzmittel f\u00fcr den Kartoffelanbau vorstellen. Das Produkt ist in Europa als Pflanzenschutzmittel (PPP) unter der Verordnung (EG) Nr. 1107\/2009 registriert, verf\u00fcgt \u00fcber eine eingetragene Marke und steht kurz vor der Zulassung in Zentraleuropa, sodass es in naher Zukunft auf dem Markt verf\u00fcgbar sein wird. <\/span><\/p>

In ihrem Vortrag \u2013 Beitrag 030 der Sitzung 7 am 6. September \u2013 wird Dr. Trillas die Vorteile dieses Produkts bei der Kontrolle von Rhizoctonia spp. erl\u00e4utern, einem bedeutenden phytopathogenen Erreger im Kartoffelanbau.
