This authorisation, with registration number 008-001\/ACB approved by the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gob.ec\/arcfz\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">Phyto and Zoosanitary Regulation and Control Agency of the Republic of Ecuador<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, will allow the product to be sold by the official distributor <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/ecuadornegocios.com\/info\/sweet-saaten-ecuador-sas-7693E96EA619878A\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">SWEET SAATEN ECUADOR S.A.S.<\/span><\/a><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/biocontroltech.com\/t34\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">T34 Biocontrol\u00ae plant protection product,<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> which contains <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Trichoderma asperellum<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> strain T34, will be used to effectively control<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Black<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">sigatoka <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">(Mycosphaerella fijiensis<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">in banana crops (<\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Musa acuminata AAA<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">).<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Ecuador is known worldwide as one of the main banana producers and exporters. This crop plays a key role in the country\u2019s economy, creating jobs and making up a significant part of income from exports. With extensive swaths of land used to grow bananas, the country has become a global leader in the production of this tropical fruit.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">The product will control the disease known as <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">black sigatoka<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">, caused by the <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Mycosphaerella fijiensis<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">fungus, which affects banana plantations with a negative impact on fruit quality and yield. It causes black spots on the banana leaves, interrupting the plant\u2019s ability to perform photosynthesis and, as a result, affecting fruit quality and yield. Effective measures to control this fungus are crucial to protecting the productivity and sustainability of the banana sector in Ecuador.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559739\":160,\"335559740\":259}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">This authorisation to sell the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/biocontroltech.com\/t34\/\"><span data-contrast=\"none\">T34 Biocontrol\u00ae<\/span><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> plant protection product gives Ecuadorian farmers access to an effective tool to fight Black sigatoka and reduce the risks of this disease, keeping their crops healthy with an effective organic product that doesn\u2019t leave residue. <\/span><span
