Chair in Microorganisms for Agriculture<\/strong> , held at the Faculty of Biology of the University of Barcelona, \u200b\u200bthe <strong>Best Final Degree Project (TFG) Awards 2025<\/strong> took place.<\/p><p>This competition aims <strong>to recognize young talent and promote applied research<\/strong> in areas related to agricultural microbiology, sustainability and innovation in the agri-food sector, while also promoting the link between the university and the professional environment.<\/p><p>After evaluating the works presented by students from different universities, the jury \u2014formed by <strong>Dr. Maria Isabel Trillas<\/strong> (professor emeritus at the University of Barcelona and former director of the Chair), <strong>Dr. Guillem Segarra<\/strong> (Serra H\u00fanter lecturer and deputy director of the Chair) and <strong>Dr. Elena Fern\u00e1ndez<\/strong> (senior researcher at Biocontrol Technologies)\u2014 agreed to award the following
