Academic Connections:

Of University Origin

The company was born as a spin-off from the University of Barcelona and we maintain close ties with researchers from the University of Seville.

At Biocontrol Technologies, our history is closely linked to the academic world.
As a proud spin-off of the prestigious University of Barcelona, we carry in our DNA the passion for science and innovation.  Our trajectory has been shaped by the collaboration with outstanding researchers from the University of Seville, who have been a fundamental part of our growth and development.

This 2023 we have established the UB Chair of Microorganisms for Agriculture – Biocontrol Technologies, with the objectives of promoting Scientific Innovation, as well as supporting Knowledge Transfer.

Recently, we have taken a step forward in our commitment to scientific advancement by establishing the UB Chair of Microorganisms for Agriculture.
This Chair represents not only an important milestone in our history, but also a space for collaboration and knowledge transfer, where research will be fostered and innovative solutions for the agriculture of the future will be promoted.
We are proud to share this link with the Chair [AQUÍ] and look forward to continue contributing to scientific progress and sustainable development in our field.
