Resounding success at the Soil Disease Prevention Event in Pineda de Mar.

On Wednesday 17 January, the Pineda de Mar agricultural community met at Cooperativa Agrícola del Maresme to take part in a discussion on “Soil disease prevention: Biological control and organic fertilisation”. The event, organised by Junyent Herbifung, Cooperativa Agrícola del Maresme, Biocontrol Technologiesand Fervalle, was a resounding success with full attendance.

Farmers and agricultural technicians from the region enjoyed an enriching day discussing the details of control strategies for soil diseases using biological solutions, as well as the importance of organic fertilisation. One of the highlights was the plant protection product T34 Biocontrol®, which has shown to be an efficient tool in combating soil diseases, as it provides farmers with a plant health product based on the microorganism Trichoderma asperellum, strain T34.

The active participation and proactive questions from the participants showed they had a keen interest in practically applying these techniques in their agricultural activity. Also present at the event were representatives of Biocontrol and Fervalle , who shared their experience and knowledge with the audience.

The day concluded with a prize draw of products from both Biocontrol Technologies and Fervalle, adding a twist of excitement to the event.
