Asperello® extends its application range in Portugal.
The DGAV – Direção-Geral da Alimentação e Veterinária has granted the extension of the AV-2021 authorization for the use of Asperello®, allowing its application on an even more extensive list of crops, both in greenhouses and in the open field. This extension reinforces the positioning of Asperello® as a key solution for phytosanitary protection in various crop conditions.
Previously, Asperello® was already authorized for use in greenhouses on crops such as tomato, bell pepper, chili pepper and eggplant, providing protection against Pythium aphanidermatum, and also on carnations against Fusarium oxysporum. In outdoor crops, its effectiveness has been demonstrated in lettuce, combating Sclerotinia spp.
With the new extension, Asperello® offers growers greater flexibility and safety as it can be used on a wider variety of crops. This innovative and effective solution reinforces Asperello®’s commitment to sustainable agricultural productivity and crop protection against diseases.
