Biocontrol Technologies alongside their distributors in Poland

From 29 January to 2 February, the Biocontrol Technologies team embarked on a trip to Poland to strengthen commercial relationships, explore market opportunities and deepen their understanding of the Polish agricultural sector, alongside their distributor in the country, Agrosimex.

Dr Maria Isabel Trillas, along with Commercial Technician Carles Soler and Communication Technician Adrià Peremiquel, represented the company during this visit. In Poland, they were welcomed by Wojciech Niemech, responsible for the portfolio of biological products at Agrosimex, and Piotr Barański, Director of the Marketing Department.

Throughout their stay, they participated in field visits to large producers, strategic meetings with various members of the agricultural sector and technical training sessions and presentations on their flagship product, Biocontrol T34®, which has been marketed in the country through Agrosimex since 2023.

These meetings not only strengthened commercial ties but also underscored the importance of international collaboration and knowledge exchange in the industry.

The impact of the trip was significant, providing a deeper understanding of the needs and expectations of producers in the Polish market, and highlighting the urgency of addressing challenges such as Fusarium oxysporum and other fungal diseases concerning producers in the country.

In this regard, Biocontrol Technologies offers a tested product across a multitude of crops for the most harmful diseases, including promising results for controlling Fusarium spp. within its wide range of species. This data, along with all complementary information, provides reassurance to both Agrosimex members and industry professionals striving to maintain healthy crops.
