This website, owned by BCT, was created to promote and provide access to information about the company’s activities, products, and services.

BCT reserves the right to interrupt access to the website whenever it deems necessary for security, maintenance, or other technical reasons. Should the interruption be permanent, users will be notified.

The technical information published on plant protection products is for informational purposes only. Use authorizations, crops, pathogens, dose rates, and the maximum number of applications vary by country. Users must always consult the current registration and the approved product label before applying any product.

Anyone wishing to place a link from their website to BCT’s website must obtain prior written authorization and comply with the following conditions:

• The link shall lead only to the home page, unless express authorization is granted.
• Framing that allows the site’s content to be displayed under a different URL is prohibited.
• The page hosting the link may not contain activities or content contrary to law, morality, or public order.
• No false, inaccurate, or misleading statements may be made about BCT, its staff, or the quality of its products and services.
• No trademark or distinctive sign belonging to BCT may be used without express authorization.
• The establishment of a link does not imply any relationship between BCT and the owner of the linked site, nor BCT’s approval of its content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute arising from access to the website, and in cases where the applicable regulations permit submission to a specific jurisdiction, the parties expressly submit to the courts and tribunals of the city of Barcelona, waiving any other jurisdiction to which they may be entitled.
