This time, the meeting was marked by a key element: the consolidation of our human team with new additions that strengthen fundamental areas for development and communication with our partners.
New Additions: More Specialization, Closer Support
Aware that our impact depends as much on scientific knowledge as on our ability to support farmers and distributors, we have expanded our team with technical and strategic profiles in different areas:
Communication and Technical Dissemination
Marina joins as a communication technician, bringing experience in writing, scientific dissemination, and media relations. Her work will be key to strengthening our digital presence, promoting technical content, and bringing science closer to the agricultural sector in a clear and rigorous manner.
Commercial Expansion and Technical Support
Lydia and Santiago join as commercial technicians, reinforcing distributor follow-up, field visits, and personalized support in the implementation of our products.
Jordi, our new commercial director, will lead the national and international expansion strategy, coordinating commercial teams and consolidating strategic alliances to bring our solutions to more farmers.
Administrative Support
Rachida joins the administration team, ensuring efficiency in internal management and daily support for clients and distributors.
